Today, I'll be introducing a few different ways to move during sex.

Forward and backward

In Japan, we refer to this as "piston movement." In this type, the man thrusts his penis in and out of the vagina, creating pleasure through the friction as it rubs against the vaginal walls. I usually begin sex using this type.

Diagonal movement

In this type, the penis is inserted into the vagina at an angle and thrust in and out to gain a different kind of frictional pleasure. This style makes it possible to powerfully stimulate a woman's G-spot, making it helpful in giving a woman an orgasm.

Rotation movement

This is actually a more important type of movement than some may think. In this type, a man rotates his penis in a circle while inserted within the vagina. This allows for more frictional coverage of the vaginal walls, and gives the woman powerful stimulation throughout her entire vagina. This type of movement was also written about in the Kama Sutra as being an effective way to impregnate a woman.

Pressurized movement

By inserting your penis deep into a woman's vagina and pushing it down as far as it can go, you also push the base of your penis together with the woman's vaginal opening. By doing this, you can also inadvertently stimulate the woman's clitoris, giving her deep, powerful pleasure that is quite different from piston movement. For the man, this movement does not create friction as powerful as the piston movement, so it may be a good one to use after doing a lot of piston movements, when a man feels like he's about to ejaculate, but wants to try and delay it.

By working together and trying these different types of movements, couples can increase their pleasure during sex. For those of you who have only tried piston movement so far, I highly recommend it.
