According to American sex research, sex is more pleasurable the shorter it is. I imagine this differs depending on the person, but while some people think that sex is better the longer it is, the truth seems to point in the opposite direction. Interesting, don't you think?

Sexologists did a survey of counseling patients and found that the duration of actual sexual intercourse in which the penis was being pushed in and out of the vagina until it ejaculated that gave the patients the most pleasure was 13 minutes. (Note that this period of time excludes foreplay.)

Many people think that the longer sex is, the better, but looking at this research may change the way we think and lead us to more satisfying sex.



My girlfriend also said that when sex is too long, she gets tired and becomes unable to receive sexual satisfaction. Abstaining for several days and then having sexual intercourse for a shorter period of time and then ejaculating seems to please her the most. Women don't seem to like it when sex lasts too long, so I encourage men to figure out the period of time that brings the most satisfaction and use that data to better their sexual lives. Abstain for the right period of time to allow the maximum amount of semen to build up in the testicles, and then have sex for a short, passionate period of time to release maximum arousal and pleasure when that immense build-up of semen is released into the womb. This may be a very effective technique in increasing women's arousal.
