Am I the only man who feels a difference in an intensity depending on when I orgasm? I have a feeling that the time I spent abstaining influences this, but I also feel like that's not the entire equation.

With abstinence, sexual desire is increased. Abstaining for sex for a period of time makes the penis harder during its next erection, and also increases the excitement felt during sexual intercourse. However, I don't think that abstaining from sex necessarily increases the pleasure felt during ejaculation. The longer the abstinence, the more semen builds up inside the male body. When I ejaculation after a long period of abstinence, I can feel a large amount of semen traveling from my prostate to my penis and then being ejaculated deep inside my girlfriend. In those moments, the pleasure from the pumping sensation is so powerful that I can't really feel the usual pleasure I get from my prostate.

When I ejaculate twice in a short period of time, I find that not as much semen is ejaculated from my penis, which allows me to better enjoy the pleasure that comes from my prostate during ejaculation. But if I ejaculate too much in a short time period, it lowers my sexual desire, so sex isn't as exciting as usual.

In Japan, there's something called "Hime-Hajime." In slang terms, it means having your first sex of the year, but it actually comes from traditional Japanese culture.

A long time ago, rice gruel was called "Hime-Ii," or "princess food," and eating the first rice gruel of the year on January 2nd was called "Hime-Hajime," or "first princess."
