This is the Bell Hammer Bend, or the Shumoku-zori, one of the riding positions in the Japanese Kama Sutra.

As shown in the illustration, in this pose, the woman faces upwards on top of the male, who is also facing upwards, and takes his penis inside her. This pose is best enjoyed when the man continually thrusts upwards into the vagina, while the woman bucks her hips to help the penis move in and out.



The pro to this position is that it allows the penis to accurately stimulate the G-spot.
