The condom is the most widely-used contraceptive in Japan. The nominal rate of preventive success is 80%, but people who used their condoms incorrectly are most likely included within this calculation. If condoms are used correctly, they will most definitely prevent impregnation, so make sure you know how to use one properly.

Essential Equipment: A condom, a partner to have sex with, and an erect penis.



First, remove the condom from the package.
Make sure not to damage the condom when you break the package open.



Place the back side of the condom against the head of your erect penis and then slide it down. Make sure no air slides into the reservoir tip of the condom as you do this.



Roll the condom down and fit it on your penis. Be careful with this step, or else the condom may get caught on something on the way down. I sometimes accidentally wrap my own pubic hair up in the condom, so be careful of that too.



Slowly insert your condom-equipped penis into your partner's vagina. If air slips in during this time, it may cause the condom to break when you buck your hips. Make sure the vagina is well-lubricated to prevent this.



When a man reaches a climax in his pleasure during sex, he ejaculates. If you want to decrease the chances of pregnancy even more, then it's best to remove your penis from the vagina before you ejaculate. Personally, however, I prefer ejaculating inside my partner.



Once you ejaculate, remove your penis from the vagina as quickly as possible. Don't try to keep having sex after you ejaculate. The condom could break, and the semen could spill out into the vagina. Make sure you press down on the end of the condom as you pull out, so that it doesn't slip off.



Once you take the condom off your penis, tie it so that the semen doesn't spill out, and then dispose of it in a trash can.
